Waiting for the DNA test results to prove Eddie is the father.
She's insisted that Eddie Murphy is the daddy and now a full-scale legal battle with Mel B looks imminent. The former Spice Girl has put the actor's name on Fortuna Daphne Bay's birth certificate. Unfortunately, Eddie Murphy denies all claims that Mel B's baby girl is his child, but that did not persuade former Spice Girl. She placed Murphy's last name on her babies birth certificate and once the DNA test is done, it will be in plain black and white.
The truth will be known, soon enough.
A source said: "Mel has no doubt about Eddie being the father. She doesn't want his money, Mel B just wants him to acknowledge the fact and take responsibility. She has no interest in him, Eddie really torn her heart out."
