Drew Barrymore topped People magazine’s "100 Most Beautiful," knocking Angelina Jolie and Jessica Alba off the Hollywood high bar. After winning the title, Drew said "it made my peacock feathers shine in the golden-hour light and extend to the heavens," according to The Celebrity Cafe.

Why she deserves this honor? Her beauty is NOT about Botox lips or designer gear, Drew's beauty comes within. What makes her exceptionally beautiful is her inner happiness. For the cover of this special issue of People magazine she wore no makeup and she was absolutely breath-taking. Drew is photographed without makeup alongside of 11 others contenders: Alba, Eva Longoria, Jessica Biel and Katharine McPhee (all wearing makeup).

"I'm not into all the Hollywood glam, I love going outside natural, who cares if I have a zit or cellulite, I know I am beautiful without," said Barrymore.
