Stern's lawyer said, "We and Mr. Stern always believed that Anna Nicole never intended to disinherit her daughter. I'm pleased to say this chapter in the saga is closed."
A trust was also set up for Dannielynn, with Larry Birkhead and Howard Stern serving as co-trustees.
While Anna Nicole wasn't terribly rich herself, she stood to inherit millions of dollars from the fortune of her late husband. With Anna now deceased and Dannielynn as the sole heir, Dannielynn now stands to inherit the millions once that court case is settled, which may still be years from now.
