Oscar-winning actor Sean Penn and his actress wife Robin Wright Penn have halted their divorce proceedings.
According to celebrity website TMZ.com, a court document requested that their divorce petition, filed last December, be dismissed.
Reuters reports that the request to withdraw the proceedings, filed at the Superior Court of California in Marin County north of San Francisco, was made "without prejudice".
A spokesperson for Penn declined to comment on the reports.
However, People magazine reports that the pair were spotted at a concert together on Tuesday night.
