The 36-year-old model looked a shadow of her former self as she frolicked on the beach in St Barts in the Caribbean.
Her once buxom décollage barely filled out her black string bikini top and her clavical, ribcage and hip bones were clearly visible.
Eva, who has a two-year-old son George, was joined by her multi-millionaire Italian boyfriend Gregorio Marsiaj, 31.
